Can I send a Joitoyz Box as a gift to someone?
Yes, you can send the box as a gift to someone else. All you need to do is enter a different shipping address at the checkout page.
When am I getting billed and when will the package be shipped?
You will get billed automatically the first time you order. However once the order is renewed you will be charged on the 15th of every month.The cut off for orders is the last day of each month. Example: if you order on the 20th of April you will receive May's box. If you order on the 3rd of May,you will receive June's box.We ship all the boxes on the 5th of each month.
Can I track my order?
Yes, when we ship your order you will be able to track it with the email confirmation and tracking information.
I don't want others to know what I order.  Is the package and the billing discreet?
Yes, our boxes are very discreet and you will get billed under the name ""
How do I cancel my subscription?
Send us an email at info@joitoyzcom, with your first name, last name and email address. We'll cancel the next subscription provided it hasn't already shipped. If it has already shipped, that one will be the last one you receive.
I forgot to cancel my subscription and it renewed. Can I cancel and get a refund?
You can cancel anytime. Once you cancel your subscription, you will no longer be charged.
I change my mind and want a refund.
Once you have signed up and are charged for a shipment the billing automatically generates and refunds are not given. We apologize for any inconvenience.
